Iowa Restaurant Association 2018 Chef of the Year
Chef Aaron Holt was born and raised in Iowa. Growing up cooking with his mother (the best cook he knows), he was taught to use local and seasonal ingredients. His love and passion for food has led him to his culinary career, including as executive chef of RoCA where he earned the Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2018 Executive Chef of the Year award. Currently, he is a culinary consultant for Sysco Iowa and the owner of Doolittle Farm LLC, a 53-acre property that includes organic fruits, vegetables, edible flowers, and micro-greens.

Gina Gedler is a singer as well as entertainer. She has been heavily involved in music and stage. Currently she is lead vocalist with Ballyhoo Foxtrot Combo and the Soya Vista Jazz Orchestra as well as a guest lead vocal for several other local bands. Gina sings a wide variety of music including jazz, show tunes, cabaret and everything in between. It will definitely be an evening filled with entertainment! www.ggedler.com

Beef jus / Rainbow micro greens. Paired with 2018 Marquette or Rattlesnake Red
